Noisex wurde 1990 von Raoul Rotation gegründet, inspiriert von den großen Meistern des Industrial wie Skinny Puppy, SPK, Nurse With Wound, Throbbing Gristle und Esplendor Geometrico. Anfangs noch sehr experimentiell wurde sein Sound mit der Zeit rythmischer und strukturierter. 1996 erschien das Debüt Album OUT OF ORDER als Coproduktion vom legendären Ant-Zen Label und Wumpscuts Unterlabel Mental Ulcer Forges. Seine minimalen Loops und harshen Klangteppiche schaffen eine unverwechselbare individuelle Interpretation von tanzbarem Noise. Raoul Rotation hat einen einzigartigen, unverwechselbaren Stil entwickelt und sich mit unzähligen Live Gigs in Europa, USA, Kanada und Mexiko eine weltweite Fangemeinde geschaffen.
